When will I receive my order?
Are the products of high quality?
Of course, we make sure that our customers always get the best quality. Furthermore, we always carry out a quality check on each individual product before shipping.
Is there customer support?
Yes, go to "Contact" and contact us.
Can my order be delivered to an address other than my credit card billing address?
Yes, of course. Make sure you enter the correct information during checkout and double-check that your desired address does not contain any spelling mistakes.
How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order using the menu item "Track order" by entering the tracking number. Please note that we work closely with the CH Post, so for tracking purposes, always click on the post link at the bottom left.
Which payment options are accepted?
We accept four major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress and Discover), as well as TWINT and Paypal.
How can I claim my 14 day return policy?
If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here for you! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit, another product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Hygiene products are excluded from the right of return if they have been used.
- Returned items must be labelled and returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must not show any visible signs of wear or use.
